The Inky Phoenix | Sneak peek at scenes from the THIS I...

Sneak peek at scenes from the THIS IS NOT A TEST film!

And I'm feeling a little nervous.

I'm finishing up packing my bag, because I'm leaving for Los Angeles tomorrow ... to attend the premiere of our book's movie!!!

How wild is that? One of our Inky Phoenix Press books is about to be on the big screen (fun fact: this is the FIRST Bindery Books novel adapted for film!), and tickets are now available in select cities.

I'll be documenting as much of the experience as I can, and will make sure to share it with the Inky Phoenix family once I have time to upload everything. I'm honestly feeling a ton of anxiety around this trip:

CHS to LAX is a long haul and I always get anxious before bigger trips.
This is the first big event I've attended solo, and you know — it dredges up emotions, but hopefully once I get there, only good ones. Time to create new memories.
I'm hurting for Courtney since she can't attend. This is such a huge milestone in her career, and I want her to feel the shine of this moment. So make sure to lavish extra love onto her, okay?

Anyway, I'll keep y'all posted, but please keep telling everyone you love to buy her book and see the film! GO TEAM.
