Book Review

I am so excited that I get to be an ARC reader for "Of Swords and Starlight" by Wren Jones!! She is one of my favorite authors and she is incredibly kind. I will be posting a long form review on here if you would like to hear my thoughts. I mean, does it get any better than a fantasy novel about a reincarnated warrior princess balancing university life with fighting monsters using starlight powers, featuring themes like magical girls, strong female friendships, a love triangle and a magical cat?

So excited to read this one. I love Wren's books too. 😁

I just received the most amazing gift! 💝 one of my customers and her daughter got this for me and it truly has made my day! It could not have come at a better time, when I really needed a moment to see all the good in the world ❤️

“Some believe it is only great power that can hold evil in check, but that is not what I have found. It is the small everyday deeds of ordinary folk that keep the darkness at bay. Small acts of kindness and love.“ —Gandalf

Check out the fun line up we have for July at Stardust Books! We often partner with Smelter Town Brewery, which is two doors down! It’s my home away from home… maybe I shouldn’t admit that! lol But it’s a great place to hang with friends, chat about books and grab a beer.

Join us for our audiobook walk today at 6pm. We meet at the shop, walk around clarkdale and end back at the shop. I know it’s a million degrees right now, so I understand if it’s just not for you right now! lol
